Information we collect
Depending on the service, we record your name, email, phone number, preferred language and contact method, messages, account details, saved properties, property information and professional application details. Passwords are stored as hashes. Request, login and security records may include IP address, browser information, timestamps and the consent you submit. Only send information needed for your request; do not put identity documents or private ownership papers in public listing text.
How information is used and shared
We use information to manage accounts and favourites, respond to enquiries, route requests to the relevant advisor or office, review partner applications and listings, and prevent abuse. Relevant staff, assigned advisors and providers supporting hosting, email and site operations may process the information needed for their task. Public listing information and public professional profiles are visible to site visitors. Do not submit another person's information without authority.
Cookies and external services
The site uses a session cookie and functional cookies to remember language, currency and guest favourites. Language, currency and guest-favourite cookies can remain for up to one year; browser settings let you remove or block them, which may affect these features. Pages may load Google Fonts and Google Maps, whose providers receive connection information such as IP address and apply their own policies. Opening WhatsApp, social-media or map links takes you to an external service. Providers may process information outside your country.
Requests and optional updates
Contact and valuation forms request permission to handle the enquiry and contact you about it. Creating an account or sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to a newsletter. The newsletter form is a separate request. You can ask us to stop optional updates or review a previous consent by contacting the team.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained for managing the account, request or professional relationship, security and applicable recordkeeping or dispute needs. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, account closure or restriction of use, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate identity confirmation; any reason to retain particular information will be explained when the request is reviewed.

The update date identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected here. A new notice does not create a consent record for an earlier request.
