Viet Property Scout presents property information and connects clients with advisors and property professionals. Browsing, saving a listing or submitting an enquiry is not a property reservation, purchase, lease or brokerage agreement.
Check before committing
Prices, availability, areas, fees, documents and transaction conditions need current confirmation with the responsible professional. Currency conversions are indicative. A verification label covers only the checks displayed and their dates; it is not a guarantee of title, eligibility, financing, investment return or a completed transaction. Clearly marked reference or showcase listings are examples, not a confirmed available mandate.
Transactions and charges
Any paid service, commission, deposit or transaction obligation must be explained and agreed separately with the responsible party before you commit. Confirm that party's identity and authority before transferring funds. Obtain appropriate independent advice about ownership, contracts and buyer eligibility, including foreign-buyer restrictions where relevant.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private and use only content you are entitled to submit. Do not impersonate others, publish misleading listings, harvest personal information or interfere with the service. Access or content may be restricted where needed to investigate abuse or correct misleading information; contact us to ask for review.

Use the contact below to report a wrong price, unavailable property, copied media, suspected unauthorised listing or account issue. Include the listing reference or page address and a short explanation. Privacy requests are handled as described in the privacy notice. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
