Application and review
Submitting a partner application requests professional onboarding; it does not automatically activate an account or award a verified status. We may ask for relevant professional, agency and authority information before approval. Do not describe yourself as verified by VPS until the applicable review is complete.
Authority and accurate listings
Submit a property only with the necessary owner or authorised-party permission and rights to its photos and text. State the correct sale or rental category, price, currency, rental period, charges, size, location and availability. Explain uncertain document or ownership details instead of marking them verified. Reference or generated examples must be clearly identified and must not be presented as a real available instruction.
Keeping information current
Review enquiries and keep prices and availability current. Notify VPS when a property is withdrawn, sold, rented or materially changed. Protect private client and owner data, share documents only through an agreed appropriate channel, and respond to verification or complaint enquiries. Publication may be held or withdrawn while a material issue is reviewed.
Commercial arrangements
Any fees, commissions, paid promotion or onboarding offer must have its scope and conditions confirmed separately before a paid commitment. A partner application does not guarantee leads, publication, exclusivity or a transaction. The service terms and privacy notice also apply; contact the team to clarify an offer or request a review.
